This program has been submitted for 1 Business Certification Credit with HRCI and SHRM.

Speaker Bio:

Randy Woehl, MPA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is the Manager of Organizational Development and HR at Cartwright International where he manages the Human Resource/OD function and leads the cultural change / employee engagement/ employee development initiative. Randy has 15+ years’ experience working as a Human Resource/Organizational Development practioner in Fortune 100 and 500 companies. He has developed and facilitated numerous management and leadership training courses and coached and mentored hundreds of managers on effective management techniques. He also has experience in the design and implementation of benefits, salary and performance management programs and full cycle recruiting. He is a tenured adjunct Graduate and Undergraduate instructor at Avila University teaching Strategic Human Resources (Succession Planning), Training and Development, Strategic Presentations, Compensation and Benefits, Business Management and Employee and Labor Relations (Graduate level). Randy has designed and continues to teach Graduate Human Resources online and on ground at the University of St. Mary and also designed and continues to teach Graduate Managerial Leadership and Human Resource Management at Webster University.

Non-Member:  $45.00  (Early Bird Rate of $40.00 through October 10, 2017)

SHRMJC's Cancellation Policy:  If you must cancel your reservation, please do so no later than 72-hours prior to the event. We are required to turn in the number of registered attendees to the Ritz Charles for planning purposes and must pay for the number of attendees we anticipate, whether they attend or not.
