Rob Hoffman, MA, is the Executive Director of the Greater Kansas City Business Leadership Network (GKCBLN). As the Executive Director, he is responsible for the strategic and financial direction of this business to business organization devoted helping business drive success through disability inclusion in the workplace, marketplace and supply-chain. Rob directs GKCBLN’s operational and programmatic efforts including training, consultation, marketing, program/product development and strategic direction.

Additionally, Rob is the owner and senior partner of Employment Analytics, a training and consulting firm. He is a nationally recognized and sought after speaker and trainer in the areas of diversity/disability inclusion, business engagement, management and leadership. Previously in his career, Rob held faculty positions at the University of Missouri, University of Wyoming and Montana State University. He was also the founder and Executive Director of the Wyoming Business Leadership Network.

Rob has a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Ashford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Wyoming. He has served on the board of directors for numerous state and national organizations along with advising on policy with several state and federal agencies.
