The Art and Science of Employee Engagement
Employee Engagement has become over-complicated. Engagement becomes even more complex when we cater to the unique wants/need of the different generations in the workplace. But what do people really want at work? What really drives engagement? Why should employee engagement matter? How do we make it easy for managers to naturally engage their team members ultimately increasing both productivity and loyalty and reducing drama? Denise Mills will provide insight into engagement, the art and the science.
In this meeting participants will learn:
- The value of employee engagement to the organization.
- Three things you must know about your team members and your boss.
- Practical tips and techniques to engage even the most disengaged.
This program has been submitted for 1 GENERAL credit by the HRCI and SHRM.
